Great post. Love the emphasis on collaboration, education, and follow through. The bottom line for change agents is that you must be able to paint a picture that draws the whole team in, and in a way that everyone can identify how it will benefit them personally.  

Automation should be a critical part of Canada&#039;s competitive strategy. I firmly believe that with the current rate of change of technology these days, which increases exponentially, by 2030 all industrial  blue collar tasks will be automated.</description>
